Condition: Hardcover. Leather spine with leather corner tips. Leather has some moisture stains, cracks and scuffing; corner tips are bared. Board have some soiling and rubbing. Lining paper in front and back seams have torn so little loose but still intact. Some of the pages have a light moisture stain at the top outer edge. Few light soiled spots in text. Overall good.
