Also a small paper label fastened in on the front fly that says “Compliments Of E.W. Clark, Chief Revenue Marine”.

Condition: Hard Cover, Ex-Lib usual stamps. Covers show some wear, light soiling and corner tips are bumped. Front fly upper outside page has been bent and has a hole in the page. Few small soiled specks. Text is pulling some but still intact. Tissue papers are still intact in front of plates but some do have tears or pieces missing.
