Summary: Betty Jo Mathis passed away Dec. 5, 2018 at the age of 90. She was born in Michigan. Her and her husband became students of God. Don, her husband became a pastor in the early 1950s serving in Michigan, Wyoming and Nebraska. Betty Jo had multiple books published with her writings which include poems. Her poems were written under a variety of circumstances. Some were written at the request of friends, others jotted down on a piece of scrap paper when the mood struck her.

Condition: All are softcover, several front covers have a scuff place from price tag removal. 3 issues had a name written in them in the front and 2 the name was blackened out. Of Throne and Footstool there are a few soiled spots and several pages had the corners folded. And Of Tent and Trail inside the back cover someone has written 2 other titles plus the author’s address in Clarksville, MI. Overall the are good plus sound copies.
